Diamonds & Gemstones:

An initial 25% deposit is required to bid on and secure a stone from the market.

The balance of the stone's price is due following the verification process by our in-house gemmologist prior to handover of the stone for production or to the client.

 If a diamond or gemstone purchase fails to meet certain certified specifications or the Hahn expectations, Hahn Ltd. reserves the right to return the stone and source an alternative for the client's approval.  Our clients satisfaction is always of utmost importance at Hahn Ltd.

Bespoke Settings:

A 50% (non-refundable) security deposit will be collected based on the estimated cost given with the sketch.

Upon completion of the bespoke item, the seller reserves the right to make adjustment of the final price by a variance of +/- 10% based on market fluctuations of final cost and weight of materials used.

Once production is complete, the final invoice is delivered. Payment must be made within 10 days of delivery of invoice, and prior to the delivery of the finished piece.

Terms & Conditions

Due to the nature of custom jewellery, all gemstone sales and bespoke jewellery orders are final. Security deposits are non-refundable. The gemstones and / or its setting are subject to forfeiture to Hahn Ltd. if the buyer fails to pay the final invoice.

Bespoke jewellery is a unique single cast and hand-crafted item, not machine made. Minor imperfections are part of the original creative process and should be considered as part of its distinct beauty and not regarded as flaws. Modifications or changes to the design at the client's request after the approval of the sketch and /or production commences are subject to additional costs to the client for labour and materials used.

Every bespoke item is carefully inspected and subjected to rigorous quality control prior to delivery. In the unlikely event that an item is deemed and verified to have a manufacturer’s defect by Hahn Ltd., it will be repaired by Hahn Ltd. within 10 days of purchase. The evaluation and determination of such defect will be assessed by the Hahn Ltd. goldsmith and gemmologist to confirm that the fault or damage is indeed a manufacturer’s defect or the result of improper handling by the client.

Hahn Ltd. owns the intellectual property and copyright of all bespoke projects, designs, photography, and inclusive of website  content, marketing materials, and packaging.
